The company Edimet Spa, holder of the processing rights, will process freely provided data so as to perform the listed services and, should you so wish, to bring you up to date on the Group's initiatives and offers. You will be entitled to assert the rights under Art. 7 of Decree No.196/2003 by applying to the person in charge of database coordination at the holder of processing rights c/o Edimet Spa, Via Brescia, 117, 25018 Montichiari (Brescia - Italy). A full, updated list of all those in charge of processing the data (i.e. erp, database, internet services, publishing, mailing, marketing, exhibitions and conferences, training, teleselling, sales dept., accounting) is available at Edimet Database office, Via Corfù, 102, 25124 Brescia Italy. The data may be transmitted to Group companies for the same purpose of keeping up to date on the Group activities and offers, to independent companies for order fulfillment and for forwarding promotional material.
