-How to apply to the exhibitions?
This is the way to apply to the exhibitions:
via Internet: filling in the on-line application form.
This is the fastest way to apply and obtain immediate confirmation.
via fax and mail: sending the application form completely filled in to the fax number +39-030-9981055 and sending (always) the original application form by post to Alfin-Edimet Spa, Via Brescia 117, 25018 Montichiari, Brescia
through the agent: dialling +39-030-9981045 and looking for Ms Nancy Ghandour it will be possible to settle a meeting with one of our representatives that will answer all questions and help you filling in the application form.
Registration will be valid only after payment of the registration fee (Euros 350.00, VAT included).

- What are schell-scheme stands?
Schell-scheme stands are thought for exhibitors that do not want personalised solutions. The price is by square metre and the Exhibitor rents a basic-design stand completed with essential elements that make up an interesting proposal.

- What are technical supplies?
The Organiser has set a series of personalised services for exhibitors, such as:

Exhibitors will receive a booklet containing all the technical supply forms 120 days prior to the exhibition to be filled in and sent back in one month to the Organiser.

- How should I promote my company for the exhibition?

These magazines are sent to all the operators in the sector before and after the event, and are distributed to all visitors during the exhibitions.
c) Promoting and being visible through www.aluplanet.com premium Membership for 12 months)
d) Booking an advertising page or signaling your stand on the exhibition catalogue.
15,000 copies are given for free to all visitors. Details about exhibitors, product category, events, services and plans are included.
For two years, this catalogue will stay in the visitors’ mind and hands.
e) Booking Totems and advertisements at the information desks and all along the visit route.
The advertisements will drive the visitor to your stand.
They will promote your image, your presence, your news. They will help the visitor to reach your stand easily.
f) Booking meeting rooms for your events
Book a meeting room at the centre of the exhibition ground to get the best from your company meeting and events.
g) With the opportunity to sponsor the event, allocating different benefit levels, proportionate to the company's objectives and budget. At this page a summary sheet is available with the available services offered for the different sponsorship levels
